Disney's Animated Classics
Classic Animated Features 1-10The animated films for which Walt Disney is best known and loved is the amazing series of full-length animated features that started in 1937 with the release of "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs." Using techniques developed mainly through the Silly Symphony series of animated shorts, Walt and his animation artists set the standard by which animated films are still measured. Each of the Disney animated features is a masterpiece of art, music, and storytelling. Even after Walt's death on December 15, 1966, his company carries on the legacy. Beginning below is a directory of Disney's animated classics.
