Captain Gideon and his carefully selected crew board the experimental starship Excalibur and set out to search the Galaxy for a cure to the plague with which the Drakh have infected Earth.


The Long Road

The Excalibur goes to investigate reports of a planet where minerals in the water have unusual healing powers; but the crew find themselves at odds with separatists settlers who want their planet to be left alone.


The Well of Forever
06/23/99

Galen leads Excalibur to the "Well of Forever," a hidden area in hyperspace where he believes information useful in finding a cure for the plague might be found; and meanwhile, Lt. Matheson must undergo a review of his adherence to new rules for telepaths.


The Path of Sorrows
06/30/99

Excalibur finds a sphere containing an alien being that draws the personal pain from those who encounter the alien and are willing to accept what it offers; in the process, Captain Gideon, Lt. Matheson, and Galen reveal to the alien their deepest sorrows.


Patterns of the Soul
07/07/99

Excalibur is rerouted to a distant planet to investigate a colony of humans who may have been infected by the Drakh plague, and while there Dureena finds a lost tribe of her people who were stranded there years earlier when the Shadows destroyed their transport.


Ruling from the Tomb
07/14/99

Excalibur makes a stop at Mars for a medical conference on the plague, and Captains Gideon and Lochley team up to track down religious zealots intent on killing the conference attendees.


The Rules of the Game

Excalibur goes to Babylon 5 to negotiate with an alien race for rights to investigate possible leads to a cure for the plague; and while at the station, Max finds himself having to save his ex-wife from a loan shark.


Appearances and Other Deceits

Excalibur finds a derelict alien ship with all but one of its crew dead; but that one survivor hides a secret that could cause Excalibur's destruction.


Racing the Night
08/04/99

Excalibur investigates a mysterious alien city that was abandoned by its inhabitants over a 1,000 years earlier; but the city turns out to be an elaborate trap meant to lure subjects for the aliens' medical experiments.


The Memory of War
08/11/99

Excalibur investigates a planet whose population died mysteriously 100 years earlier from what may have been the Drakh plague; but what the crew finds is a dark secret and an evil presence that only Galen can combat.


The Needs of Earth
08/18/99

Based on information from a Minbari Ranger, Captain Gideon and Dureena go to break an alien out of a frontier planet's prison in the hopes of getting access to man's data crystals, which are said to contain all the stored knowledge of his race.


Visitors from Down the Street
08/25/99

Answering a distress call, Excalibur finds an alien ship with two occupants who are convinced that humans have secretly visited their planet and planted agents to spy on their people.


Each Night I Dream of Home
09/01/99

An Earth Senator comes aboard Excalibur with super-secret orders related to an experiment to isolate the Drakh plague virus; and along the way, two familiar individuals from Babylon 5 come aboard to assist in the experiment.

[NOTE: This was the last episode of "Crusade" produced by TNT. It is doubtful that any other network will pick up the series and continue the originally-planned 5-year arc for "Crusade."]
