SciFi Channel Series - Season Two
Scattered07/15/2005With Commander Adama near death after having been shot by Boomer and President Roslin in the brig, Galactica gets separated from the rest of the fleet and Tigh finds himself in command; meanwhile, on Kobol, the survivors of the Raptor crash struggle to survive and, on Caprica, Starbuck struggles to come to terms with the fact that another Cylon copy of Boomer is carrying Helo's baby.
Valley of Darkness07/22/2005A Cylon raiding party goes on a rampage aboard Galactica, causing death and destruction as they try to access the controls to open all hatches and vent the crew into space; and a small team led by Apollo is the only chance of stopping the Cylons.
Fragged07/29/2005As Apollo prepares a rescue mission for the Raptor survivors on Kobol, the survivors prepare to attack a Cylon outpost that's preparing a trap for any Galactica rescue mission; meanwhile on Galactica, with Commander Adama still in a coma, Colonel Tigh decides to declare marshal law to stop the interference of the civilian government.
Resistance08/05/2005In response to Colonel Tigh's imprisonment of President Roslin and declaration of martial law, Apollo helps Roslin escape from Galactica's brig; meanwhile, Tigh throws Chief Petty Office Tyrol in the brig as a suspected Cylon because of his association with Boomer.
The Farm08/12/2005On Caprica, Starbuck is shot by the Cylons and later awakens in what appears to be a hospital but is actually a "farm" where the Cylons are trying to incubate Cylon/human babies; back on Galactica, Commander Adama finally awakens from his coma and tries to address the crisis created by Tigh, and President Roslin tries to rally the civilian ships to follow her to Kobol.
Home (Part 1)08/19/2005Starbuck returns from Caprica with Helo and his "Boomer", which causes much consternation on the part of President Roslin and Apollo, but Roslin later agrees to let Boomer help her find the Temple of Athena; meanwhile, back on Galactica, Adama finally realizes that he has to reconcile with Roslin to bring the fleet and the fragile human family back together.
Home (Part 2)08/26/2005Commander Adama joins President Roslin's quest for the Temple of Athena, which shows them the path to Earth, leading to a reconciliation between the military and civilian segments of the human fleet; meanwhile on Galactica, egged on by Number Six, Dr. Baltar obsesses about his sanity.
Final Cut09/09/2005To try counter anti-military sentiments in the fleet following the shooting of unarmed civilians during Colonel Tigh's martial law, Commander Adama allows a news reporter to film a documentary about life aboard Galactica and the heroism of the crew in its defense of the fleet.
Flight of the Phoenix09/16/2005When a Cylon virus takes over Galactica's computer and begins to disrupt ship-wide systems, Adama has no choice but to trust Boomer (Sharon) to help deactivate the virus; meanwhile, Chief Tyrol's efforts to build a fighter from scrap parts is successful, with the stealthy ship being named "Laura" in President Roslin's honor.
Pegasus09/23/2005When Battlestar Pegasus finds Galactica's fleet, the overly militaristic Admiral Caine takes over command from the more humane Commander Adama, setting up a confrontation between the two. That confrontation comes to a head when Admiral Caine transfers Apollo and Starbuck to Pegasus and later plans to execute Helo and Tyrol for accidentally killing Pegasus's Cylon interrogation officer when they tried to stop him from sexually assaulting Sharon.
Resurrection Ship (Part 1)01/06/2006Starbuck's discovery of a massive ship used by the Cylons to resurrect dead humanoid copies defuses an armed confrontation between Commander Adama and Admiral Caine; but tensions are still high between the two battlestar commanders, which could lead to the death of one or both.
Resurrection Ship (Part 2)01/13/2006As the Galactica and Pegasus squadrons attack the Cylon "Resurrection Ship," Apollo's stealth ship is destroyed and he is left stranded in open space; meanwhile aboard the two battlestars, assassination plots put in motion by their respective captains come closer to reality.
Epiphanies01/20/2006From her death bed, President Roslin warns Adama of the need to terminate Sharon's pregnancy, but Baltar discovers that the human/Cylon fetus may hold the answer to curing Roslin's cancer; meanwhile, a pacifist movement in the civilian fleet is being pushed by the Number 6 who Baltar helped to escape from Pegasus.
Black Market01/27/2006After Pegasus' Commander Fisk is murdered, Adama assigns Apollo to investigate; and what he finds is an active and dangerous black market run by a brutal mercinary on one of the civilian ships.
Scar02/03/2006While on patrol protecting a mining ship extracting minerals from an asteroid field, Starbuck and Cat hunt down a vicious Cylon Raider, known as "Scar," which had shot down many of Galactica's Viper pilots.
Sacrifice02/10/2006A group of disenchanted civilians take hostages in a club aboard the "Cloud 9" and demand that Adama turn the Cylon prisoner, Sharon, over to them; but the hostage situation ends with tragic results.
The Captain's Hand02/17/2006When a Pegasus training patrol disappears, Pegasus's captain jumps away from the fleet in search of his men although Pegasus might be falling into a Cylon trap; meanwhile, a young woman stows away aboard Galactica to seek an abortion, which sets off a storm of controversy for President Roslin.
Downloaded02/24/2006On Caprica, the resurrected Number Six and Sharon begin to come to terms with the fact that they have fallen in love with human men and no longer have a desire to exterminate all humans; back on Galactica, the other Sharon's baby is born prematurely and given to an anonymous woman to be raised as a human, with Sharon believing that her baby died.
Lay Down Your Burden (Part 1)03/03/2006Starbuck leads a massive raid to Caprica to rescue the surviving humans; meanwhile, the chance discovery of a habitable planet changes the course of the presidential election campaign between President Roslin and Vice-President Baltar, and Chief Tyrol comes face to face with his inner demons.
Lay Down Your Burden (Part 2) (90-Minute Finale)03/10/2006On the brink of wiping out Starbuck's resue team on Caprica, the Cylons suddenly and mysteriously withdrew from the human homeworlds; in the fleet, President Roslin's attempt to steal the presidential election from Baltar is found out, and President Baltar's first action is to order the establishment of a human settlement on New Caprica, the recently-discovered planet. One year later, the Cylons return!
