The Occupation / Precipice (2-Hour Premiere)

The Cylon occupation of New Caprica is brutal, and Colonel Tigh and Chief Tyrol lead a resistance movement using suicide attacks to try to disrupt the Cylons; but the Cylons retaliate with tragic consequences for innocent human civilians. Meanwhile, Admiral Adama and Captain Apollo disagree on what role Battlestars Galactica and Pegasus should play -- assisting the resistance movement on New Caprica or protecting the few remaining humans in the rag-tag fleet.


Exodus (Part 1)

The resistance disrupts the Cylons' plan to execute 200 humans and ambush Galactica's advance team; meanwhile, Adama's plan to rescue the humans from New Caprica is set in motion with the help of Galactica's copy of Sharon.


Exodus (Part 2)

Sending Apollo and the Pegasus to protect the rag-tag fleet, Adama launches his plan to rescue the humans from New Caprica; but a heavy price is paid for successfully carrying out the mission.

Tigh, Tyrol, and Starbuck participate in a secret organization set up by now-President Zarek to find, try, and execute humans who collaborated with the Cylons on New Caprica; meanwhile, Baltar finds himself the sole human aboard a Cylon Basestar.

Tigh and Starbuck begin to stir up discontent between Galactica crew who survived the Cylon occupation on New Caprica and those who remained aboard ship; meanwhile, a deadly virus infects and kills the Cylons aboard a Basestar that was searching for the location of Earth.


A Measure of Salvation (Part 2)

Galactica finds five Cylon survivors aboard the infected Basestar and plans to use the virus to eradicate the Cylon race; meanwhile, Baltar is tortured by the Cylons because they believe he helped plant the virus.

When a Colonial pilot who was shot down during a secret mission a year before the Cylon annihilation of the Colonies escapes from the Cylons, Admiral Adama's role in the Cylon decision to attack comes to light.


Unfinished Business

A boxing tournament is held aboard Galactica to help the crew unwind and work out their frustrations; but the bouts become very personal for Apollo and Starbuck, and even for Admiral Adama.


The Passage

With its food supplies contaminated, the ragtag human fleet must travel through an area of deadly radiation to reach a planet where algae can be harvested for the food processing plants; and a shady character from Kat's past comes to haunt her.


The Eye of Jupiter (Part 1)

On the algae planet, Chief Tyrol finds the mythical Temple of Five, which is supposed to contain the Eye of Jupiter, a marker to the location of Earth; but the Cylon fleet soon arrives to claim the Eye of Jupter, setting up a confrontation of nuclear proportions.


Rapture (Part 2)

The stand-off between Galactica and the Cylons for control of the Eye of Jupiter ends when the system's sun goes nova, but not before Sharon/Athena rescues her daughter from the Cylons and D'Anna sees the faces of the final five humanoid Cylons.


Taking a Break from All Your Worries

President Roslin and Admiral Adama interrogate Baltar to try learn what he knows about the Cylons and their efforts to find Earth; meanwhile, Apollo and Dualla and Starbuck and Anders come to terms with their respective marital situations.

When Sagittaron refugees begin dying after receiving treatment from a civilian doctor for a rare disease, Captain Agathon (Helo) suspects that the doctor is a racist who is killing the Sagittarons.


A Day in the Life

On his wedding anniversary, Admiral Adama has flashbacks to his wife and his married life on Caprica; meanwhile, Chief Tyrol and Cally are trapped in an airlock that has an outer hull leak.


Dirty Hands

Chief Tyrol leads a general strike by workers throughout the fleet after he gets a taste of the wretched working conditions on a fuel processing ship and realizes the unfair distribution of menial jobs among people from the richer and poorer Colonial worlds.

Starbuck begins having hallucinations about her abusive mother and her Cylon captor on New Caprica, which lead her on a fateful final mission.


The Son Also Rises

When Baltar's defense lawyer is killed by a bomb planted aboard a Raptor, Adama assigns Apollo to protect Baltar's newly-appointed replacement lawyer, who happens to have been a student of Apollo's grandfather.


Crossroads (Part 1)

Baltar's trial soon degenerates into a battle of wills between Admiral Adama and his son, Apollo, who is a member of Baltar's defense team; meanwhile, Galactica is being tracked and followed by the Cylons and Adama has to devise a plan to throw the Cylons off their trail.


Crossroads (Part 2)
03/25/2007

Apollo's testimony proves pivotal in the outcome of Baltar's trial; later, when the fleet jumps to the next marker on the way to Earth, the identities of the last five humanoid Cylons are finally revealed.


Razor (2-Hour Special)
11/24/2007

The back-story of Battlestar Pegasus is revealed, including how Pegasus survived the massive Cylon surprise attack on the Colonies, why Captain Kane felt it necessary to take extreme measures to allow her ship to wage war against the Cylons, and the role that Pegagus played in destroying a Cylon Basestar that carried the original human-Cylon hybrid.
