[Note: This was to have been the Season One series finale. However, since it ended in a cliffhanger and NBC did not pick up the series for Season Two, the episode was not aired in the U.S. until 1999, when it was aired by the USA Network as part of its syndicated reruns of "J.A.G." Major segments of the episode were used as flashback scenes in the Season Three episode Death Watch.]
