Harm, Mac, and Bud team up for the first time to retrieve the Declaration of Independence, which was stolen by a group of separatists led by someone close to Mac.

Secrets

A convicted spy escapes from prison and holds Admiral Chegwidden, Mac, and Bub hostage in an effort to clear himself from having been wrongly accused of passing military secrets to a female Israeli spy.

Jinx

When a female F-14 pilot is killed during a training excercise, an investigation is started under the cloud of a growing belief among the squadron's pilots that they're jinxed.

Heroes

When a SEAL team member is suspected of having killed his team mate and lifelong friend during a mission, Mac and Harm find themselves on opposite sides in the hearing to determine whether there's enough evidence to charge him with murder.

Crossing the Line

A female F-14 pilot charges her commanding officer with sexual harassment when she's grounded after complaining about a "crossing the equator" initiation ceremony, and when an influential congresswoman becomes involved in the investigation, things really heat up. (Bud and Ensign Harriet Sims meet for the first time in this episode. Also, the USS Enterprise fills in as the fictional carrier "USS Seahawk.")

Trinity

The baby of a U.S. military woman stationed in Scotland is kidnapped, and Harm and Mac are sent to Belfast to try to recover the baby from the suspected IRA kidnapper -- the baby's father.

Ghosts

Admiral Chegwidden's lady friend is placed in mortal danger by booby traps links to a CIA agent who was a member of the same SEAL team during the Vietnam War but who is an MIA.

Full Engagement

When the fuel line of Harm's Stearman biplane breaks, he and Mac set down in a clearing in the Appalachian Mountains, where they soon become prey for poachers who had earlier killed a forest ranger.

Washington Holiday

When the King of Romania comes to Washington to announce a partnership with NATO, his daughter becomes a target of terrorists and Harm must act to save her life. [Ensign Harriet Sims is transferred from the USS Seahawk to the Norfolk Naval Station.]

The Game of Go

A secret Marine mission to capture a Colombian drug lord is ambushed, leading to a cat and mouse game that results in Webb's capture by the drug lord.

Force Recon

When a training accident seriously injures two Marines, Harm goes undercover to find out if the training officer's tactics unnecessarily put his men at risk.

The Guardian

Harm and Mac defend a homeless former SEAL who is accused of murder after he killed three thugs who held up a convenience store and killed the owner, and a young witness is key to the man's defense.

Code Blue

Harm is struck by a car while jogging and ends up in a hospital where he later has to help disable a group of Hamas terrorists who take over the floor of the hospital where an Israeli minister is undergoing heart transplant surgery.

Cowboys and Cossacks

Sent as observers to war games between U.S. and Russian ships, Harm, Mac, and Bud find themselves in the middle of a real-life battle between the strong-willed American and Russian captains.

Rendezvous

Mac is assigned to defend and Harm to prosecute an acknowledged wife abuser who is charged with murdering a sailor who made sexual advances towards his wife.
