Shot down over the Russian country-side by MiG fighters, Harm and Mac are hidden by a gypsy brother and sister, and finally learn what happened to MIA Harm's father some 20 years before; meanwhile, Admiral Chegwidden and agent Webbe stop a Russian mafia plot to steal nuclear weapons.

To help Webbe, Harm and Mac play spy during a reception at a foreign embassy, but when terrorists take over the embassy and hold everyone as hostages, the game turns deadly.

Harm and Mac assist a young Japanese lawyer defend an American sailor accused of raping a teenage girl living near a U.S. naval base in Japan.


Going After Francesca

Admiral Chegwidden and the JAG team arrive in Italy for the courtmartial of a naval officer who sold stolen Stinger missiles to Afghan rebels; but they soon find themselves desperately searching for the Admiral's daughter, who is kidnapped by the weapons smugglers.


The Martin-Baker Fan Club

Harm volunteers to defend a wheelchair-bound Vietnam vet accused of withholding the medication of a mentally disturbed VA hospital patient who later jumped to his death from an upper-floor window.


Act of Terror
10/27/98

A young Marine is charged with murder when he shoots an arrested Middle East terrorist being brought back to the U.S. for trial; but when a high-priced civilian attorney is hired to replace Harm as the Marine's defense lawyer, Harm begins to have questions about the shooting.


Angels 30
11/03/98

Harm and Mac investigate the case of an F-14 pilot who didn't fire on an Iragi plane in the "no fly zone" that had target lock on his wingman because a "voice" told him not to fire.


Mr. Rabb Goes to Washington
11/10/98

Congresswoman Latham requests Harm's help during congressional hearings about a news report that during the Gulf War a Marine task force used chemical weapons to kill three American scientists who were working for Saddam Hussein.


People vs. Mac
11/17/98

When Mac's freeloading ex-husband arrives in Washington and begins to harass her about their getting back together, Mac finds herself charged with murder when the ex-husband is killed during a disagreement; but the stories of three eye witnesses differ as to what really happened.


The Black Jet
11/24/98

When a Navy version of the F-111 stealth fighter is downed by a mechanical failure over Iraq, Harm is sent to rescue the pilot (a former roommate) and destroy the plane before it can fall into Iraqi hands.


Jaggle Bells
12/15/98

When Mac's "little sister" arrives at JAG headquarters after having run away from an abusive step-father, Mac helps her to track down her real father; meanwhile, Harm questions a beautiful psychologist accused of driving while intoxigated and Bud has some fun with a remote controlled robot.


Dungaree Justice
01/12/99

Harm and Mac are assigned to prosecute three sailors who are charged with the brutal beating of a man who they claim raped their female shipmate.


War Stories
01/19/99

Mac and Bud defend a Navy SEAL on charges of disobeying an order, resulting in the death of NATO observers held as hostages in Kosovo; meanwhile, Harm "minds the store" while Admiral Chegwidden takes a mandatory vacation.


Webb of Lies
02/09/99

When Agent Webb's badly burned body is found in a Japanese freighter along with two other bodies, Harm and Mac are assigned to find out who killed him; and the trail leads to a former Defense Security Division agent who had tried to kill Harm on at least two previous occasions.


Rivers' Run

During a training exercise in the West Viginia mountains, a SEAL team leader shoots a young man who had fired on him and, while investigating the incident, Harm and Mac get caught up in a confrontation with a band of separatists who don't respect the authority of the United States Government.

Harm and Mac are sent to investigate an incident in which a nuclear submarine surfaces into the middle of a yacht race in Norwegian waters, and soon they are fighting for their lives against a psychotic crewman who is intent on harming his crewmates.

When a little girl (named Annie Lewis) is brutally murdered on a naval facility, Harm takes a personal interest in trying to find the girl's murderer and the reason why she was killed.


Shakedown

When Harm and Mac investigate a series of mechanical breakdowns and crew injuries on an aircraft carrier, they find that two contractor employees aboard the ship to perform maintenance have their own hidden agenda.


The Adversaries
04/13/99

Bud's first case as a JAG lawyer is to defend his obnoxious father on charges of stealing government property when he was a Navy Master Chief, and Bud's legal adversary is Harm's, who is prosecuting the case.


Second Sight
04/27/99

While Harm undergoes eye surgery to correct his night vision problems, Mac visits her estranged, and now dying, father at a hospice in California.


Wilderness of Mirrors
05/04/99

Harm begins receiving mysterious phone calls from and seeing his dead father, leading him to question his sanity; meanwhile, Admiral Chegwidden has the other JAG lawyers stage a moot court session to prepare him for an upcoming appearance before the Supreme Court.


Soul Searching
05/11/99

Admiral Chegwidden joins Agent Webbe in Italy to rescue a diplomatic attache who is a friend of both men and is being held hostage by terrorists; meanwhile back in the U.S., Harm tries to track down his stolen Corvette.


Yeah Baby
05/18/99

Two pregnant women, two unexpected deliveries, and Bud finds himself right in the middle of the chaos, but with some help from his JAG friends.


Goodbyes
05/25/99

Harm tracks down the killer of Annie Lewis, who now has kidnapped her twin sister, Darlen; and Harm also comes to a decision regarding his possible return to active flight status.
