Legacy (Part I)

Although they don't know it, Harm's efforts to help a Russian military lawyer flush out corruption in the Russian military are tied to Mac's investigation of the assassination of an American officer who was charged with selling military secrets to the Russians.

Legacy (Part II)

While Mac and Agent Webb go to Russia to stop a plot to assassinate Russian President Putin, Harm finds himself trying to defend his new-found brother from charges of treason leveled by the corrupt Russian Army General that Harm is investigating.

Florida Straits

Harm finds himself opposing a destroyer captain who defies U.S. and Cuban authorities by trying to take a young Cuban girl rescued at sea to U.S. soil; meanwhile Mac and Brumby have a major argument.

Flight Risk

When an F-14 Tomcat crashes after having been delivered by a contractor performing upgrades to over 100 similar Tomcats, Harm and Bud investigate charges of sloppy workmanship by the contractor.

JAG TV

Mac goes up against her former law professor in the high profile, televised case of a female ensign accused of killer her husband's teenage lover; meanwhile, Harm investigates the apparent suicide death of a crewman aboard an aircraft carrier.

The Princess and the Petty Officer

Mac defends an Arabian princess in a Muslim tribunal trying to get her deported from the U.S. after she runs away from her country to marry an American seaman; meanwhile, Harriet has unexpected complications in her pregnancy and Admiral Chegwidden in his relationship with his lady friend.

A Separate Peace (Part I)

Harm and Mac investigate the possible involvement of Admiral Boone in the massacre of civilians during the Vietnam War. (Note: Admiral Boone had been the wingman and friend of Harm's father in Vietnam.)

With mac prosecuting and Harm defending, the trial of Admiral Boone goes forward, and a former CIA operative holds the key to what really happened in the Vietnamese village.

Family Secrets

While Harm ponders leaving the Navy when Admiral Chegwidden denies his request for permission to go to Chezniya to help look for his missing half-brother, Mac finds herself prosecuting the doctor whose possible negligence led to the death of Bud and Harriet's baby.

Touch and Go

Harm's former partner, now-Commander Caitlin Pike, finds herself at the center of a case involving an admiral who had once sexually assaulted her and is now the nominee to be the Navy's Inspector General.

Baby, It's Cold Outside

While Admiral Chegwidden is away to head a committee reviewing candidates for promotion to Captain, Harm takes on the task of trying to overturn the sentence of a former Marine drill instructor who had been courtmartial for the training death of two recruits.

Collision Course

After a U.S. destroyer collides with a Turkish destroy during NATO war games into which a Greek warship has intruded, the SecNav orders Admiral Chegwidden to personally prosecute the American Captain, although he may not have been at fault.

Miracles

Harm defends a sargeant major who was found over the body of his badly beaten wife and charged with assaulting her, but who insists that he was led to his wife by the spirit of his former Vietnam-era chaplain.

Killer Instinct

A misfit sailor on a carrier is strangled and thrown overboard, and Harm and Bud are assigned to investigate what might be the work of a serial killer; meanwhile, Mac handles the case of a Marine who's a bigamist.

Iron Coffin

While Harm goes on a Russian submarine to try help a Russian friend find out whether another Russian sub was sunk as a result of being rammed by an American sub, Mac finds herself on the suspect American sub on a Congressional directive to find out whether it would be feasible for women to serve aboard U.S. submarines.

Retreat, Hell

When Gunner Sgt. Galandez becomes the target of assassins out to kill a 60-year old ex-Marine he's escorting back to JAG headquarters on charges of desertion, the ex-Marine comes to Gunny's rescue; meanwhile, after a blow to the head, Harm begins having erotic hallucinations about Mac.

Valor

Harm and Mac are sent to the Persian Gulf area to investigate whether a female Marine sargeant found with terrorists trying to bomb a Navy destroyer was a hostage or a willing participant.

Liberty

Harm defends Bud's younger brother, who is accused of killing a civilian during a fight in a Mexican bar, and Mac defends a Marine mascot in a "paternity" suit.

Salvation

Following up on the case of a Marine sargeant major who was found guilty of assaulting his wife, Harm finds that rogue special agent Palmer holds the key to proving the Marine's innocence.

To Walk on Wings

While Harm, Gunney, and Tiner plan a bachelor party for Brumby, and Harriet unofficially looks into a 25-year old courtmartial, mac finds herself defending the V-22 Osprey program from attack by Congresswoman Laytham.

Past Tense

Harm's former girl friend, Navy psychiatrist Jordan Parker, is found shot to death in her apartment, and when investigators conclude it was suicide, Harm helps Mac and Bud follow leads suggesting that she was murdered.

Lifeline

At Mac and Brumby's engagement party, Harm and Mac reminisce about their special relationship, leading to their true feelings coming to the surface.

Mutiny

When Mac researches, for a resentation at the U.S. Naval Academy, the story of a mutiny aboard a naval vessel that occurred in 1840, it awakens doubts it her mind about her marriage to Brumby.

Adrift (Part I)

The day before Mac's wedding, Harm goes to sea for carrier landing qualifications; but while he's trying to return for the wedding ceremony, his Tomcat goes down at sea during a bad storm.
