Adrift (Part II)
09/25/01

Mac uses her limited psychic abilities to help the rescue team locate Harm, who's now sufferring from hypothermia as he continues to be tossed around in the rough seas; but in the aftermath of Harm's rescue, Mic realizes that Mac's heart is not really his, with brutal emotional consequences for Mac.


New Gun in Town
10/02/01

Mac and Gunney go on an assignment at sea to investigate the disappearance of a Marine lawyer from aboard ship; meanwhile, Harm goes head-to-head with a former Academy classmate in the case of a young sailor who took off in a Navy trainer without permission.


Guilt
10/16/01

Caught at the U.S. embassy in Indonesia during a riot by locals trying to get to a Marine accused of raping a local woman, Mac leads the evacuation of the embassy staff; meanwhile back at JAG headquarters, harm defends a sailor charged with killing an unruly passenger who he perceived to be a threat to the safety of a civilian airliner.


Mixed Messages
10/23/01

When two Naval intelligence officers, including a friend of Harm's, are killed by a "hit man," Harm mounts in investigation to clear his friend's name of implications that he was a spy for the Chinese; meanwhile, Mac tries to locate an Indonesian girl who had helped in the evacuation of the U.S. embassy but had been left behind during the attack by rioters.


Redemption
10/30/01

While defending a pilot friend on charges of fraternizing with a female aviator, Harm finds evidence that his friend intends to sell stealth technology to a private company; meanwhile, Mac finds herself in the middle of a child custody case involving a suspected abusive father.


Ambush
11/06/01

Harm defends a Marine captain charged in the negligent death of six of his men when he led them in an attempt to capture a warlord in the African country of Sierra Leone during what was supposed to have been merely a mission to support U.N. peacekeeping efforts.


Jagathon
11/13/01

The day after Harm defends a sailor charged with impersonating an officer, the JAG team puts on a marathon race for the Pentagon Relief Fund, during which rivalries between different JAG members heat up.


Dog Robber (Part I)
11/20/01

When an American spy plane makes an emergency landing in China after having been struck by a Chinese jet fighter, Harm accompanies Admiral Boone on a special mission to try to gain the release of the spy plane and its crew.


Dog Robber (Part II)
11/27/01

When an F-18 pilot violates Chinese airspace to destroy the American spy plane being held by the Chinese, a high-profile case ensues with Harm defending the pilot against charges of disobeying a direct order and causing an international incident.


Answered Prayers
12/11/01

When a young female ensign charged with stealing is assigned to Harm's custody over the Christmas holiday, she joins the JAG "family" for Christmas Eve activities that have life-changing consequences for herself and some of the JAG members.


Capital Crimes
01/08/02

While Harm investigates a resupply mishap aboard a carrier that resulted in a crewman being injured, Mac and Sturgis team up to solve the murder of a female nuclear disarmament specialist.


Code of Conduct
01/15/02

Harm defends a Navy SEAL who caused the death of one of his men by disobeying orders to retrieve another fallen comrade during a mission in Afghanistan; meanwhile, Admiral Chegwidden is pressured to retire after he slaps a disrepectful high school student.


Odd Man Out
01/22/02

After hearing testimony in a murder trial where Harm defends and Mac prosecutes the charged seaman, Bud finds himself the only member of the jury who thinks the accused seaman is innocent.


Head to Toe
02/05/02

Harm and Mac are sent to Saudi Arabia to defend a female pilot who disobeyed DoD regulations requiring female personnel to abide by Muslim cultural customs (such as wearing robes and veils) while off base.


The Mission
02/26/02

Harm and Mac are sent to a carrier in the Afghanistan war zone to brief on-duty JAG officers on the rules of engagement, and Harm gets the opportunity to fly a combat mission; meanwhile, Bud finds himself under pressure at home and the office, which affects his readiness for an important case.


Exculpatory Evidence
03/02/02

After losing the hit-and-run case (prior episode) to Lt. Singer, Bud is charged with dereliction of duty in the quality of his defense, and Sturgis mounts an aggressive prosecution of Bud, with Harm defending him.


Hero Worship
03/12/02

Harm and Mac investigate a galley fire aboard a destroyer that may have been caused by a young seaman who was smoking; meanwhile, Admiral Chegwidden fights for the honor of an 80-year old World War II Medal of Honor recipient being left out of a formal recognition event in the Nation's Capital.


First Casualty
03/26/02

A news reporter who was accompanying a SEAL team during a mission in Afghanistan may have been responsible for an ambush that resulted in four SEAL casualties, and Harm and Mac are assigned to investigate and prosecute the reporter; meanwhile Bud gets a career-enhancing assignment as the JAG officer aboard an aircraft carrier.


Port Chicago
04/09/02

During the retrial of an old case, Sturgis defends a retired sailor who was one of 50 black seamen who refused to return to work at a munitions port during World War II because of unsafe conditions and were court martialed for mutiny; meanwhile, Harriet decides to buy a new house without telling Bud, who's at sea.


Tribunal
04/30/02

In a military tribunal aboard a carrier at sea, Harm and Mac prosecute a captured al Qaeda member suspected of being the mastermind behind the September 11th attacks, and Admiral Chegwidden and Sturgis befend the accused terrorist; meanwhile back at home, Lt. Singer flexes her muscles as acting JAG in the Admiral's absence.


Defending His Honor
05/07/02

Harm defends a Navy judge charged with manslaughter after a baby is killed as a result of an alleged road rage accident; meanwhile, Webb tries to track down information about a new terrorist attack against the United States that is rumored as being planned.


In Country
05/14/02

Harm and Mac join Agent Webb and Gunney in Afghanistan in their search for the al Qaeda terrorist who is planning another attack on the U.S.; meanwhile, Bud interrogates another al Quaeda prisoner being held aboard a carrier.


Enemy Below
05/21/02

Harm, Mac, Sturgis, Bud, Admiral Chegwidde, and even Lt. Singer get into the act to stop the al Qaeda terrorist from launching a "dirty" nuclear missile against a U.S. carrier battle group; but in the end, tragedy strikes the JAG family.
