Critical Condition09/24/02While the JAG family faces the terrible possibility that Bud might not survive the loss of a leg and lots of blood to a land mine in Afghanistan, back home Admiral Chegwidden and the SecNav face a Congressional inquiry concerning JAG's involvement in the attempted terrorist attack on the Navy fleet patrolling the Arabian Sea.
The Promised Land10/01/02Harm and Mac defend a Marine who deserted to join the Israeli army when he was harassed for being Jewish; meanwhile, Bud and Harriet come to terms with Bud's new handicap.
Family Business10/08/02Harm defends a Marine accused of killing his wife, Bud and his father face the reality of his prosthestic limb, and Harm's brother Sergei makes a decision about his future.
Dangerous Game10/15/02A Navy SEAL is accused of instigating a police chase that resulted in a crash that killed a deputy sheriff and, during the trial, a young lawyer recommended by the new SecNav joins the JAG team.
Into Thin Air10/22/02When an in-flight oxygen failure results in the death of an F-14 RIO, Harm has a hard time satisfactorily defending the plan captain accused of negligence that caused the accident; meanwhile, Bud begins to resent Harriet's attempts to shield him from outside pressures while he recuperates.
Offensive Action10/29/02A reluctant Harm is assigned to defend a female P-3 Orion recon aircraft commander charged with sexually harassing a male crewman and, although the case looks hopeless, he finally discovers a secret the commander is hiding that brings the charges into question.
Need to Know11/05/02The JAG team goes up against the CIA to find out what happened to a U.S. nuclear submarine and its crew who were lost at sea during a secret mission in 1968, at the height of the Cold War.
Ready or Not11/12/02Mac is assigned as the judge in the case of a Marine general accused of reckless endangerment for his unorthodoc tactics during multi-service war games; meanwhile, Bud gets news about his hoped-for return to active duty.
When the Bough Breaks11/19/02When Lt. Singer decides to charge all key air department officers with causing an accident that resulted in a death aboard a carrier, Harm is sent to confirm Singer's findings; Mac also accompanies Harm to the carrier to discretely look into whether Lt. Singer allowed herself to became pregnant aboard ship contrary to Navy regs.
The Killer11/26/02Harm and Commander Minetti travel to Italy to try to track down a serial killer who is believed to be a crew member aboard a destroyer that was in port at the time of four murders in Mediterranean seaports.
All Ye Faithful12/17/02Harm and Admiral Boone have to fly through bad weather to get back from an assignment at sea; Bud and Harriet find that their paychecks aren't getting into their bank account; and Mac, Admiral Chegwidden, and Petty Officer Coates help a young Marine and his pregnant wife -- all on a very hectic Christmas Eve for the JAG family.
Complications01/07/03When a Marine general's daughter dies during minor surgery, the doctor is charged with dereliction of duty, but when the general later interferes in the investigation, he also finds himself brought up on charges; meanwhile, Bud investigates a disability claim that would otherwise have been approved on a routine basis.
Standards of Conduct01/21/03Mac investigates the case of a Marine whistleblower who publicly critized an experimental virtual reality weapons system as being defective; meanwhile, Harm has to fight off an ambulance chaser lawyer after he rear-ends a little old lady in bumper-to-bumper traffic.
Each of Us Angels02/04/03A World War II veteran recounts the story of the heroic Navy nurses who cared for him and other casualties of the battle for Iwo Jima. [Note: The characters in the flashback story were played by the regular JAG cast.]
Friendly Fire02/11/03Sparks fly in the courtroom when Harm presides as the judge of a case in which Mac and Bud prosecute and Commander Turner defends a Navy pilot who dropped a bomb on British troops in Afghanistan.
Heart and Soul02/18/03Admiral Chegwidden accidentally ejects himself from a Tomcat being piloted by Harm and lands in the wilderness of western Virginia, where he must fight for survival until a rescue team arrives.
Empty Quiver02/25/03While Commander Turner investigates the case of a nuclear warhead torpedo that's missing from a submarine, Harm uncovers a plot by a ship's clerk to seal a $10 million payroll intended for an aircraft carrier stationed at Norfolk.
Fortunate Son03/18/03Harm and Commander Turner investigate the involvement of a Vietnamese-American Marine in the smuggling of Vietnamese refugees into the U.S.; meanwhile, Admiral Chegwidden is subjected to an IG investigation conducted by Commander Lindsey, a former JAG lawyer with reaon to have a grudge against the admiral.
Second Acts04/01/03Harm and Sturgis investigate the case of a Navy Seabee who was thought to have been killed in the World Trade Center on September 11th, and Admiral Chegwidden must face the consequences of Commander Lindsey's damning investigative report on the JAG corps.
Ice Queen04/22/03When Lt. Loren Singer's badly decomposed body is found along the Potomac River shore, an NCIS (Naval Criminal Investigative Service) team is called in to investigate the murder, and Harm is their prime suspect. [Note: This episode and the followup "Meltdown" were meant to introduce the characters for a spin-off series based on the NCIS team that investigated Lt. Singer's murder.]
Meltdown04/29/03As Harm's trial gets underway, new evidence shows that he was set up by someone with a grudge against him; meanwhile, the NCIS team tracks down terrorists planning an attack against an aircraft carrier at a Mediterranean port.
Lawyers, Guns, and Money05/06/03CIA Agent Webb recruits Mac to go undercover as his pregnant wife to flush out terrorists in South America who have access to 100 stinger missiles; meanwhile, Sturgis asks Bud and Harm to defend him against charges of inadequate defense of a former client.
Pas de Deux05/13/03While Mac, Webb, and Gunny continue their undercover mission in Paraguay to flush out a group of Islamic terrorists with stinger missiles, back home Harm finds himself getting involved with a pretty CIA lawyer from whom he's trying to get information on Mac's whereabouts.
A Tangled Webb (Part I)05/20/03Harm resigns his JAG commission and teams up with Gunny in Paraguay to free Mac and Webb from the Islamic terrorists who are planning an attack on the U.S., but their escape isn't assured.
