A Tangled Webb (Part II)

Harm and Mac try to track down the terrorist who had tortured Webb; in the process, they still can't come to terms with their true feelings for each other.


Shifting Sand

When a female Petty officer who was MIA since the 1991 Gulf War turns up in Iraq as the wife of a tribal sheik, Bud is assigned to prosecute her on charges of desertion, while Mac is on the defense; meanwhile, Harm must face the reality that he is now a civilian after his resignation to go help Mac in Paraguay is accepted by Admiral Chegwidden.


Secret Agent Man
10/10/03

Harm and a female CIA pilot are sent to the Philippines to deliver a bugged limousine to a suspect government diplomat, and discover he's involved in a plot to overthrow the legitimate Philippine government; meanwhile back in the U.S., Mac tries to help Bud's brother when he is asked to stand up for a fellow cadet who has been charged with plagerism.


The One That Got Away
10/17/03

Harm's training flight in a super secret CIA spyplane is converted, mid-flight, into an operational spy mission over North Korea, with almost disastrous consequences; meanwhile, Mac and Sturgis go head-to-head in the case of a Marine charged with dereliction of duty during the Iraq War.


Touchdown
10/24/03

Harm is sent to Libya to pick up a compromised CIA agent, but when the agent shows up with his family for the C-130 pickup, things begin to go wrong; meanwhile at JAG, Mac and Sturgis go at it again in the case of a seaman charged with conspiring with al Qaeda to kill fellow seamen.


Back in the Saddle

Fired by the CIA because his identity was exposed during the prior mission, Harm takes a job as a crop duster for a teenaged girl who bought the aviation company where his biplane was housed; while back at JAG, the lawyer brought in to replace Harm is courtmartialed for falsifying her credentials.


Close Quarters
11/07/03

Already overloaded with backlogged cases, Harm tries to help a World War 2 veteran get out of trouble with the law; meanwhile in South Korean waters, Sturgis deals with the captured crew of a North Korean midget submarine -- some of whome might have SARS -- who are being held on a U.S. sub.


Posse Comitatus

Harm and Mac argue the case of a Cobra helicopter pilot who intervenes in a civilian hostage situation in Arizona without having been asked for help by the local police; meanwhile, Bud and Sturgis investigate the case of a Navy doctor seeking discharge from the service on the basis of his religious beliefs.


The Boast
11/21/03

While Mac defends and Bud prosecutes a Marine accused of killing a shackled prisoner of war in Iraq, Harm and Admiral Chegwidden argue the case of a Navy baseball pitcher accused of intentionally hitting an opposing Marine batter in the head during a game.

Harm and Mac investigate the death of a seaman when the ship's radar he was working on was accidentally turned on; meanwhile, the Admiral asks Petty Officer Coates to help him plan his wedding to Meredith, and Bud's brother gets involved with his academy roommate's sister.


A Merry Little Christmas

When Mattie's father shows up on the eve of Harm's court hearing for his request for custody of Mattie, Mac comes to Harm's support; meanwhile, Harriet's USO show is a big success and Sturgis begins to come to grips with his disillusionment with human nature.


A Girl's Best Friend

Questions about whether the Admiral's engagement diamond for Meredith is a stolen diamond leads to an investigation into a Navy officer's involvement in the illegal diamond trade; meanwhile, Petty Officer Coates helps Harm set up a place for Mattie to live near his apartment.


Good Intentions

While Harm and Mac investigate the case of a petty officer accused of killing a female officer, Bud and Sturgis argue the case of a SEAL officer accused of embezzling navy funds in a procurement fraud.


People vs. SecNav

Harm, Mac, and Bud travel to the Netherlands to defend the Secretary of the Navy in an international tribunal against charges of war crimes in Iraq; meanwhile back home, Bud and Harriet's son goes missing while in the care of Bud's brother.


Crash

Harm and Mac investigate the fatal crash of an FA-18 that appears to have been a suicide; meanwhile, Mattie begins to feel frustrated when Harm isn't around to help her with a problem at school.


Persian Gulf
02/20/04

Harm loses his hearing when his car battery mysteriously explodes in his face, and Mac is later stalked by Sadik, the Arab terrorist who had captured and tortured Webb in South America, who is now plotting a nuclear attack in the United States.


Take It Like a Man
02/27/04

Mac struggles to deal with the hostage situation she was in and having to kill Sadik, even as she's assigned to defend a Marine accused of falsely claiming to have won the Silver Cross; meanwhile, Harm helps Mattie deal with the anger she holds towards her father, and Bud searches JAG headquarters for missing evidence -- a poisonous snake that escaped from it's cage.


What If (200th Episode)

While celebrating Petty Officer Coates' promotion at a Chinese restaurant, the traditional reading of the fortune cookie fortunes leads Harm to consider "what if" he had taken "the road not traveled" as concerns his relationship with Mac.


Hard Time
04/02/04

Mac is assigned to escort a belligerent female private convicted of heroin use to prison; meanwhile, Harm and Bud investigate the case of a training instructor who was relieved of duty because he is HIV positive. Also, the Admiral and Meredith finally come to terms with her infidelity.


Fighting Words
04/30/04

Harm and Mac investigate a marine general who is acused of giving a series of church sermons calling the Islamic religion an agent of evil; meanwhile, Bud investigates charges of anti-Korean bias made against Sturgis.


Coming Home
05/07/04

Harm helps a Marine widow, whose daughter happens to be a friend of Mattie, come to terms with the death of her son in action in Iraq; meanwhile, Mac and Bud investigate the possibility that a defective flak jacket did not protect the young man against enemy fire.


Trojan Horse
05/14/04

Harm and Mac investigate the disappearance of a kilo of heroine from a stash that was captured by Marines during a raid on a Pakistani merchant ship; and Bud helps a young Marine who is being deployed to Iraq get out of a recording contract.


Hail and Farewell (Part I)
05/21/04

News, both good and bad, stun the JAG family -- Admiral Chegwidden announces his decision to retire, Bud and Harriet get a double dose of good news, Harm learns that Mattie is trying to reconcile with her father, and Mac gets devastating news that impacts her health and her relationship with Webb.
