Harm and Mac investigate a friendly-fire incident in Iraq in which Department of Defense contractor personnel fired on a Marine unit, killing a Marine and wounding several others.

When new evidence is uncovered, Harm fights to re-open the case of a sailor who was convicted more than 20 years earlier of killing a transvestite prostitute; meanwhile Mac prosecutes another sailor for polygamy despite the pleas of his four wives that he not be courtmartialed.


Whole New Ballgame

While a controversial Marine colonel is considered for the JAG position, Harm and Mac investigate an "at sea" incident in which a Navy ensign shot a Canadian citizen during an dispute between Canadian and American fishermen.


This Just in From Baghdad

While the JAG staff tries to adjust to their new boss, Major General Cresswell, Harm and Mac go to Baghdad to investigate the case of a high-level U.S. civilian official who was killed by rebels while touring the front lines in Iraq.


One Big Boat

Mac and Sturgis argue the case of a Navy sailing instructor who led his cadet crew on a cruise into bad weather, during which a female cadet was swept overboard and drowned.


Camp Delta
11/19/04

While Harm and Mac investigate the brutal beating of a prisoner being held at Guantanamo Bay, Bud is charged with assault after he strikes a man who was taunting him and his brother over the Iraq war.


There Goes the Neighborhood
11/26/04

Petty Officer Coates is accused of murder after a former acquaintance impersonates Coates and kills her (the acquaintance's) criminal boy friend; meanwhile, Bud investigates the case of a female Navy pilot who disobeyed regulations to give her father flying lessons in an F-18 he bought over the internet.


The Man on the Bridge
12/10/04

When the car of a Navy scientist working on bio-terrorism defense projects is found abandoned on a bridge, Harm and Mac investigate to try determine if the man committed suicide or was the victim of foul play; meanwhile, General Cresswell has Bud look into the request of a female Marine to be allowed to compete in a traditionally males-only boxing tournament.


The Four Percent Solution
12/17/04

After a car crash, an unconscious Mac relives a session with a Navy psychologist during which she comes to terms with her feelings towards Webb, Harm, and the fact that she has less than a 5 percent possibility of getting pregnant.


Automatic for the People
01/07/05

Harm investigates the crash of an F-14 in a school yard in California, and finds that the jet was a remote controlled drone being used as a target for laser weapons tests.


The Sixth Juror
01/14/05

When Harm and Mac are assigned, respectively, to defend and prosecute a seaman who is accused of murder, Coates is drafted to be a juror in the trial and Bud helps Harm decode a vital piece of evidence.


Heart of Darkness
02/04/05

Harm and Mac are sent to Afghanistan to investigate the killing of five Afghan men by a renegade marine before the Afghans find and execute him; meanwhile back in the U.S., Bud's father asks Bud to help him get out of being recalled to active duty.


Fit for Duty
02/11/05

Harm and Mac are assigned to investigate and argue in court the case of a Navy psychologist who cleared for duty a young Marine who later stepped from begin cover during a firefight in Afghanistan and was killed; meanwhile, Bud defends a Navy captain who believes he was discharged from duty because of his age.


Bridging the Gulf
02/18/05

Mac and new JAG lawyer, Lt. Vukovic, defend a Marine charged with improperly commandeering the SUV of a high-ranking Iraqi official's son; meanwhile, on a carrier in the Persian Gulf for a JAG investigation and to complete his carrier qualifications, Harm finds himself charged with murder when he shoots down a civilian Cessna that was headed towards an off-limits oil platform in the Gulf.


Straits of Malacca
02/25/05

Mac and Vukovic are sent to a Navy vessel in Indonesian waters to negotiate the release of hostages being held by regional pirates, but things soon turn from bad to worse; meanwhile back at home, Bud and Harriet host a party to celebrate the birth of their twins, Bud's brother meets General Cresswell's daughter who is also a Navy cadet, and Harm goes off to active flight status to help with hurricane relief efforts in Florida.


JAG: San Diego
03/11/05

While the JAG team is in San Diego for a conference, Mac is assigned to prosecute a Marine accused of killing a man in Nicaragua, with Lts. Vukovic and Mayfield providing the defense; meanwhile back on the East coast, Harm is called to the hospital when Mattie is critically injured in an flying accident.


Death at the Mosque
04/01/05

When a young Marine is caught by a news photographer shooting an unarmed Iraqi man after a fire fight in a mosque, Vukovic is sent to Iraq to defend him; back in the states, General Cresswell asks Mac to speak to his daughter about Navy life and Harm continues his vigil at Mattie's hospital bedside.


Two Towns
04/08/05

After an explosion in a barracks in Iraq kills 17 young Marines from the same small town in Oklahoma, Harm and Bud are sent to help the families settle their sons' affairs, but they soon find themselves prosecuting the sole survivor of the explosion on charges of burning down the Marine Reserve office in the town; meanwhile, Mac is sent to Iraq to investigate the Iraqi youth who has been accused of planting the explosives that killed the 17 Marines.


Unknown Soldier
04/15/05

While Lts. Vukovic and Graves try to track down the brother of a helicopter pilot who gave his life to save General Cresswell's brother during the Vietnam War and whose remains now may have been found, Harm and Mac argue the case of a Navy Reserve doctor charged with endangering the lives of American troops by giving a scarce medicine to a seriously wounded Iraqi girl.


Dream Team
04/22/05

Harm and Vukovic reluctantly work together to come up with a defense for a seaman charged with killing a much larger sailor, but Bud has a surprise for them in his role as prosecutor; meanwhile, Mac and Sturgis argue the case of another seaman who is charged with releasing trained dolphins from a Navy research center. Later, General Cresswell shakes up the JAG team by assigning Mac to a new post in San Diego and Harm to a captain's position in London. Also, Mattie finally comes out of her coma.


Fair Winds and Following Seas (Series Finale)
04/29/05

While Lt. Vukovic goes to Parris Island, South Carolina on the case of a 16 year old boy who forged his way into the Marine Corps, Harm and Mac finally come face-to-face with their feelings for each other and let fate (Bud's flip of a coin) decide which of them will give up their military career so that they can get married.
