Equinox (Part 2)

Captain Janeway goes after the Equinox and Captain Ransom in a vendetta for his betrayal of everything Starfleet and the Federation stand for, but is she willing to also betray those ideals?

Survival Instinct

A trio of former Borg drones force Seven of Nine to remember a dark secret about her past life as a Borg in order to help themselves gain the complete individuality that they desperately want.

Barge of the Dead

Seriously injured during a shuttlecraft accident, B'Elanna has a near-death experience in which she's aboard the mythical Klingon "Barge of the Dead," which is on it's way -- not to the Klingon heaven of Sto'vo'kor -- but to the Klingon equivalent of Hell.

Tinker, Tenor, Doctor, Spy

Doc programs himself with the ability to daydream, but things soon get out of hand as he loses control of this new ability and can't distinguish between his daydreams and reality; and to make matters worse, an alien ship shows up and scouts Voyager as a possible target to steal its technology.

Alice

An alien shuttlecraft acquired by Voyager from a junk dealer turns out to be more then they had bargained for when its computer establishes a direct neural to Tom Paris and controls him through the guise of a beautiful woman named Alice.

Riddles

When Tuvok is attacked by an alien species that lives in a cloaked state, Voyager sets out to try to locate the attackers to obtain information to allow Doc to cure Tuvok; meanwhile, Neelix takes on the task of trying to coaching his friend, who has lost his memory and all of his native Vulcan inhibitions.

Dragon's Teeth

Trying to escape a fleet of attacking ships, Voyager lands on a planet in the middle of a nuclear winter and finds an underground chamber with several hundred survivors in stasis sleep; but when Seven of Nine innocently awakens one of them, she sets in motion a chain of events that may have serious repercussions for the Delta Quadrant.

One Small Step

Chakotay, Seven of Nine, and Tom Paris take the Delta Flyer into a spatial anomaly, where they find the long-lost command module from a 21st Century manned mission to Mars; and the pilot's final log entries awaken in the Voyager crew a sense of the adventure of the early space explorers from Earth.

The Voyager Conspiracy

After downloading Voyager's logs directly into her Borg cortical implant, Seven of Nine's analysis of the data results in her development of a conspiracy theory that has Captain Janeway working under secret orders to use Voyager as an advance scout ship in preparation for a Federation takeover of the Delta Quadrant.

Pathfinder

When Lt. Barclay, now working at Starfleet's Communications Research Center, becomes obsessed about Voyager, he turns to Counselor Deanna Troi to help him gain the confidence of his superior officer so he can continue with his attempts to contact the lost starship and its crew.

Fair Haven

While Voyager rides out a dangerous neutron storm, the crew passes the time in a holodeck recreation of an old Irish town called Fair Haven, where Captain Janeway meets the holographic "man of her dreams."

Blink of an Eye

Voyager is trapped in orbit around a planet where time passes at a rate hundreds of times faster than in normal space, and the crew observes the rapid development of the planet's civilization, which has been affected by the presence of Voyager in the night sky.

Virtuoso

When aliens from a civilization focused on mathematics hears Doc singing, they become obsessed with his musical abilities to the point that they elevate Doc to a "superstar" idol among their population.

Memorial

The crew begins to experience memories of a tragic massacre in which more than 80 civilians they were charged with protecting were killed at their own hands.

Tsunkatse

While Voyager stops at an apparently friendly planet for shore leave, Seven of Nine and Tuvok are kidnapped by an alien race, and Seven is forced to compete in bouts of a brutal martial art called "tsunkatse."

Collective

Voyager encounters a Borg cube that is under control of five adolescent drones who survived a virus that killed all the adults drones and who now demand that Voyager give them its deflector array so they can contact the collective.

Spirit Folk

The townspeople of the holodeck town of Fair Haven see Tom Paris and Harry Kim do things that appear to be magical, and begin to believe that Tom and Harry are evil-doers from the spirit world.

Ashes to Ashes

A female ensign who had been killed 3 years before during an away mission with Harry Kim returns to Voyager, now transformed into an alien species, seeking asylum from the aliens who had found her body and resucitated her in their image.

Child's Play

Seven of Nine resists when Voyager finds the parents of the oldest of the Borg children rescued during a previous encounter with a Borg cube and the parents insist on the boy being returned to his relatively undeveloped agrarian homeworld.

Good Shepherd

In an attempt to challenge three misfits among the Voyager crew, Captain Janeway takes them on a routine away mission, but when trouble hits the Delta Flyer, they must confront their weaknesses and really live up to the challenge in order to survive.

Live Fast and Prosper

Captain Janeway and company try to track down and stop a trio of Delta Quadrant con artists who are scamming unwary targets in the guise of Janeway, Tuvok, and a Starfleet officer -- even to the extent of pulling a con on Tom Paris and Neelix.

Muse

The Delta Flyer crashes on a planet, where B'Elanna finds herself and her stories about Voyager being used as the inspiration for a well-intentioned writer of morality plays who wants to stop the fueds between rival clans on his planet.

Fury

Kes tracks down Voyager and then travels to the past to recover her younger self with the intention of returning her to the Ocampa homeworld and also to gain revenge on Voyager for imagined harm to herself by the crew.

Life Line

Using the experimental transmitter technology developed by Barclay, Doc transmits his program to the Alpha Quadrant to help his creator Dr. Zimmerman, who's dying.

The Haunting of Deck Twelve

When all power aboard Voyager is just down while the ship passes through a mysterious nebula, Neelix helps the Borg children pass the time by recounting a ghost story set aboard Voyager. But is the story just "a story" or did it really happen?

Unimatrix Zero (Part 1)

A group of Borg drones who can communicate and "live" as their former selves in a virtual reality existence contact Seven of Nine to ask her help in evading detection by the Borg Queen, and when Voyager goes to the aid of the drones, a potentially deadly confrontation between Captain Janeway and the Borg Queen results.
